The Glorious Place of His Feet

Isaiah 60:13 (KJV)

The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the box together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.

There are prophecies in the Bible that have a dual fulfillment.

We must never take what is spoken to Israel and confuse Israel with the church.

Yet there are prophecies to Israel that have a spiritual fulfillment for the church.

This prophecy is about Israel in the Kingdom Age, known as the Thousand Years of Peace.

Christ is the Head of the Church. We are His Body in the earth.

Jesus Christ has all power in heaven and earth.

See Matthew 28:18.

He performed mighty deeds while on earth.

His work was to be continued by His church.

John 14:12-14 (KJV)

12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

The early church continued His mighty works.

The book of Acts is the history of the church in the first century. It is full of miracles and mighty wonders.

Some are of the opinion that the church is so far removed by time from the first century that we are different today.

These people believe that there are no miracles in the church today.

Since Christ is the Head of the church, it stands to reason that the church of the end time is His Feet.

Our Scripture says that the place of His Feet will be glorious.

There is power for us today.

The first prophecy in the Bible is a Messianic prophecy.

Genesis 3:15 (KJV) And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

We know that Christ Jesus was bruised so to speak by the serpent at Calvary.

A bruise to the heel is not deadly.

It says that the Messiah would bruise the serpents head.

A bruise to the head is deadly.

This is what Christ did through His death and resurrection.

Yet, He will bruise the serpent in the earth though His church.

He will make the place of His Feet glorious.

Look for the glory of the Lord to be revealed through the church and believers today.

Ephesians 1:19-23 (KJV)

19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

Finally let us take a look at Romans 16:20 (KJV) And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Are you tired of being bruised by the enemy?

It is time for you to arise and deal satan a blow to his head.

Be an overcomer.

Look for the glory of the Lord to be revealed in your life!
